FAQ

Questions clients ask

Straight answers about how we help with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) work, registration, and compliance across Kenya.

Who do you work with?

We support businesses and individuals in Kenya who need help with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) filings, business registration, notices, and ongoing compliance. Clients are often based in Nairobi, Kenya or working with us remotely from elsewhere in Kenya.

How quickly can you respond?

We aim to reply to new enquiries within one to two business days, and faster when a statutory deadline is imminent. For urgent notices, call or WhatsApp with the due date so we can prioritise.

Do you offer ongoing compliance support?

Yes. Many clients retain support for recurring filings, reminders, and backlog cleanup. We agree the scope and rhythm up front—monthly, quarterly, or project-based—so you know what is covered.

Can you work with me if I am not in Nairobi?

Yes. Much of the work is document-driven and can be handled remotely. When original signatures or in-person steps are required, we will say so early and plan around them.

Are you a law firm?

Jasirimu Consulting provides compliance and tax administration support, not legal representation in court. Where a matter needs an advocate or specialised legal opinion, we will point you in that direction.

How are fees agreed?

Fees depend on complexity, urgency, and scope. After an initial discussion we provide a clear quote or engagement outline before substantive work begins.

Still unsure?

Book a short consultation or message us with your situation—we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.
